The 6th National Diaspora Summit will be held on February 22, 2025 at the Auditorium Antonianum in Rome.

Since 2017, the Summit has represented the beating heart of Italian Cooperation, uniting the most influential players in the sector in a single setting. At the heart of this extraordinary platform is the active involvement of Diaspora organizations, authentic driving forces of change and innovation, which contribute with passion and expertise to shape global development processes.

This year's edition, “Global Generation: Youth at the Heart of International Cooperation,” is dedicated to the crucial role of the younger generation as protagonists and beneficiaries of cooperation. Young people are the beating heart of this sector: they animate associations, bring innovation and new points of view, and are the direct recipients of many initiatives. The day aims to highlight how their involvement not only renews the practices of cooperation, but also contributes to making it more inclusive, effective and sustainable.

The initiative is part of the project “Draft the Future! Towards a Diaspora Forum in Italy” funded by the Italian Cooperation and implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and Le Réseau Association. The event is organized in collaboration with the Italian Coordination of Diasporas for Cooperation.
